Fried Fish

Method:

Mix turmeric powder, salt and water into a thick paste. Rub the pieces of fish evenly with paste and fry in oil till golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 4 small pieces ikan tenggiri (Spanish mackerel or bonito)- wash and dry
  • l tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp water
  • oil for shallow frying
